    • Taking orders, visiting different locations within the state and sometimes other state to develop and grow business.
    • Should be able to retain customer and build more.
    • Exceed the Target by his innovative ideas and creativity.
    • Dedicated individual who can establish a rapport with different level of authorities in village.
    • Sales & marketing activity within the state.
    • Area development & sales order booking. Should be able to develop and build strong channels of distributors.
    • Can work on ground level with Farmers, Retailers, Dealers & distributor develop new channel partner.
    • Have to meet progressive farmers in a month & converted & retain them as a customers.
    • Should be able to optimize the use of available government scheme.
    • An updated individual with the state geography and varied culture.
    • Have to travel all dealers within the state.
    • Should have massive information Knowledge of state agriculture cropping pattern, weather and culture is must
    • Should be able to travel and expand activities in other state if required
    • Person should be able to coordinate with different level of Village authorities
    • Must make a strong communication with the seniors and sub-ordinate.
    • Visiting KVK and other agriculture related Govt. offices.

    • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods
    • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
    • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
    • Meet personal and team sales targets
    • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
    • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
